Have you ever considered growing your own 6,000 pounds of food in your urban farm even if it’s only 1/10 acres? I feel it would be nearly every home. The Dervaes family who reside on 1/10th of an acre 15 minutes from downtown L.A. used their great success to explain it is possible. In a year they create around 4,300 pounds of vegetables, about 2000 eggs, 25 pounds honey, plus seasonal fruits. They develop throughout the year over 400 species of plants. What a crazy example but it’s truly possible! Besides of saving a lot of money on food purchasing, the Dervaes family sold their extra food in the porch, and made over $20000 last year. Have a look at the subsequent video to learn how they do this!
